Globe Life Field
As Mayor, Jeff led the citizens to a 60-40 election victory to keep the Texas Rangers in Arlington, which led to the development of the new Globe Life Field.
Choctaw Stadium
Graham Associates did the civil engineering on Choctaw Stadium, formerly Globe Life Park. Arlington is the only city to successfully repurpose a former major league ballpark.
National Medal of Honor Museum
When Jeff was mayor, he rallied the community to ensure Arlington became the home of the National Medal of Honor Museum.
Texas Live!
As mayor, Jeff helped attract Texas Live!, the largest entertainment complex in Texas.
Dallas Cowboys AT&T Stadium
Jeff’s firm, Graham Associates, served as the civil engineers for AT&T Stadium, earning the Texas Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award.
Johnson Creek Project
Jeff helped lead the Johnson Creek Corridor Plan, which was lauded by the Environmental Protection Agency.
Abram Street Initiatives (Arlington’s Main Street)
As mayor, Jeff was proud to work with the community to lead the Abram Street Initiative, a game-changing initiative that revitalized Arlington’s downtown.
Arlington Transportation
Under Jeff’s leadership, Arlington became a leader in innovative transportation solutions piloting the nation’s first autonomous public shuttle and launching a public rideshare program
Esports Stadium Arlington
Graham Civil did the engineering work for the Arlington Convention Center, which later was converted into the nation’s largest esports arena attracting new revenue and visitors to the community.
Asia Times Square
The Asia Times Square Development is one of the largest Asian Markets in Texas, with a mission of "Preserving Traditions, and Promoting Cultures."
I30 Three Bridges Project
As a civil engineer, Jeff helped envision the complex Interstate 30 three bridges project, which was awarded the Project of the Year for the State of Texas and helped connect the Arlington community.
Viridian
Graham Associates provided civil engineering for Viridian, a 2,000-acre master planned community awarded for its design, sustainability and community planning.
